What we collect and why

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Legal basis
We process your information to take steps you request before a contract and to perform our contract with you (orders, proofs, shipping), to comply with legal obligations (tax and transaction records), and for our legitimate interest in answering inquiries and preventing misuse of free samples. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.
Services we use
We share information only with the services we need to run our business:
- FormSubmit delivers the website forms to our email inbox.
- tawk.to runs our live chat and stores chat history.
- WhatsApp (Meta) carries messages if you choose to contact us there.
- Google provides our email (Gmail) and the fonts on this website.
- PayPal processes payments.
- Korea Post (EMS) and the postal or customs services of your country receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your parcel.
Some of these providers store data outside Korea and outside your country, including in the United States. By sending a request from abroad, your information is transferred to us in the Republic of Korea.
How long we keep it
- Order, payment and shipping records: 5 years, as required by Korean tax and e-commerce law.
- Inquiries, chats and free sample requests that do not lead to an order: up to 1 year after our last contact, then deleted.
- Pattern files: kept with your order so we can remake your die if you reorder. Ask us any time to delete them.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The live chat widget (tawk.to) uses cookies to keep your conversation open across pages and visits.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or send you a copy. If you live in the EU, the UK or another region with data protection laws, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. To use any of these rights, email jsd28540@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above. Significant changes will be shown on our website.
